Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

Our approach to reports of domain-related abuse, suspicious activity, and inappropriate site use.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Purpose and scope

SWARTZ LLC is committed to handling inquiries and portfolio activity responsibly. This policy covers use of the SWARTZ Domains website and information about a domain listed here. It does not replace the abuse policies or enforcement authority of the relevant sponsoring registrar, registry, or host.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not use this website or a transaction with SWARTZ LLC to knowingly facilitate:

  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, deceptive activity, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Distribution of malware, unauthorized access attempts, or malicious network activity.
  • Trademark infringement, cybersquatting, or misuse of third-party rights.
  • Spam, harassing communications, or deceptive marketing.
  • Attempts to disrupt this website or misuse the contact form.

3. How to report a concern

Email [email protected] with the subject Domain Abuse Report. Include the domain involved, a concise explanation, relevant links or evidence, and a reply address. Do not send sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information.

4. Review and escalation

We review reports in light of available evidence and our authority over the domain or website. Where appropriate, we may contact involved parties, correct a listing, decline or stop a transaction, or refer the report to the sponsoring registrar, hosting provider, or relevant authority. We cannot guarantee specific response times or outcomes.

5. Registrar-of-record matters

Registration data disputes, domain locks, suspensions, and registry-level abuse complaints may need to be directed to the current registrar or registry. SWARTZ LLC does not present itself as an ICANN-accredited registrar and cannot take actions reserved for a sponsoring registrar.

6. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements. Contact [email protected] for general compliance questions.
