Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before agreement

Domain inquiries and non-binding offers may be withdrawn before a binding transaction agreement is reached, unless the parties have separately agreed otherwise. There is no fee for using the website to inquire about a domain.

2. If a transaction is agreed

Any future payment, cancellation, or refund entitlement will depend on the written terms agreed by the seller and buyer, the services actually ordered or delivered, applicable registrar or registry rules, and mandatory legal rights. The parties should agree on these terms before payment.

3. Registration and transfer-related fees

Domain registrations, renewals, and completed transfers can involve charges or actions that cannot be reversed by the relevant registry or registrar. Where services are provided through a partner, that provider's applicable terms may affect whether a particular fee is refundable. We do not promise automatic reversal of completed domain actions.

4. Cancellation or non-delivery

If a transaction cannot be completed, or a party requests cancellation, SWARTZ LLC will review the agreement, payment status, and circumstances, and propose the applicable remedy. Consumer protections and other statutory rights that cannot be waived continue to apply.

5. How to request a review

Email [email protected] with the domain name, your contact email, transaction reference if available, and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, or authorization codes in your message.
