Domain Transactions & Transfers

How domain inquiries, proposed sales, and transfers are handled.

Last updated: 31 October 2026
No automatic registration or checkout: SWARTZ Domains currently facilitates inquiries. Domain transactions are negotiated separately and must be confirmed before payment or transfer.

1. Listings and ownership checks

A domain name shown on our website is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. Before agreeing to sell or transfer a domain, SWARTZ LLC will verify its ownership or authority to market it, current status, and eligibility for transfer. Availability can change without prior notice.

2. Offers and negotiations

Interested parties may contact us by email to request details or submit an offer. We may request the buyer's legal name, contact details, and relevant information to prepare a transaction. A domain is not reserved merely because an inquiry or offer was submitted.

3. Written transaction terms

Before a sale proceeds, the parties should agree in writing on the specific domain name, seller and buyer, purchase price and currency, taxes if applicable, payment method, transfer or account-push procedure, allocation of fees, completion conditions, and any escrow arrangements. These agreed terms control the transaction.

4. Transfers and registrar policies

Domain transfers are handled using the procedures of the applicable sponsoring registrar, registry, and transfer intermediary. The domain may be subject to authorization requirements, locks, eligibility checks, dispute restrictions, or waiting periods. SWARTZ LLC cannot bypass those requirements or promise immediate transfer.

If a customer later obtains registration services through a reseller arrangement, the sponsoring registrar and relevant registration agreement will be disclosed as required. This website does not currently claim to provide registrar-of-record services.

5. Payments and completion

There is no online payment processing on this website. Payment instructions, if any, will be specified in a mutually confirmed transaction document or invoice. Buyers should independently verify payment instructions and never transfer funds based solely on a portfolio listing.

6. Trademark and rights disputes

Buyers are responsible for assessing their intended use of a domain name, including trademark, intellectual property, and applicable regulatory considerations. Disputes may also be subject to relevant registrar, registry, or ICANN policies where applicable.

7. Assistance

For acquisition and transfer questions, email [email protected] with the domain name. For cancellation or refund questions, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
